th08 Cardio Room06For most personal training clients, cardio-vascular fitness is achieved by using intervals, moderate to high intensity exercise for short periods, followed by a period of rest. This will elevate your heart rate for a brief time, and then allow it to fall again, your body burns more energy during interval training.

 

Examples of cardio exercises include boxing, step ups, jogging/walking, shuttle runs, skipping, jumping, circuit training, and many more.
